How long does delivery take?

For ready-to-ship Sehra orders within India, we generally dispatch within 2 days after order confirmation. Once dispatched, standard domestic shipping may take approximately 7–10 days, depending on the delivery location.

For international orders, shipping may take approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country, courier service and customs clearance. Delivery may take longer in some cases.

For bulk orders of Sehra Pati, Kirpan Pati or other products requiring preparation, additional production time may be needed depending on the quantity and specific requirements. We will confirm the estimated dispatch timeline and available shipping options before processing your order.

Can I customize a design?

Yes. We offer customization for both small and bulk orders. You can share your preferred design, colour, or reference image with us, and we can create the Sehra Pati according to your requirements.

We can also create a new Sehra based on your preferred design and requirements. Please contact us with your ideas or reference images so we can discuss the possibilities and confirm the details before production.

Do you take bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes, Handy House accepts orders of all quantities, with no minimum order requirement. Discounts may be available on larger orders depending on the order quantity, product requirements and payment terms. Please contact us with your requirements to discuss pricing and receive a quotation.

How do I place an order?

Choose the product you are interested in and click the WhatsApp option on our website to contact us. You can discuss your required quantity, design, colour, customization, and other requirements with our team. We will confirm the product availability, price, and order details before processing your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI and bank transfers for orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for Sehra orders only and may involve additional charges. Payment details and any applicable charges will be confirmed before your order is processed.

Can I order different designs together?

Yes. You can combine different designs, colours, and product variations in the same order, subject to availability. For bulk orders, you can also select a mix of designs according to your requirements.

Do you manufacture Sehra Pati and other products?

Yes. Handy House is a manufacturer of Sehra Pati, Kirpan Pati, Sehra, and a variety of other handmade embroidered products. Our expertise extends beyond ready-made designs—we also undertake custom handmade embroidery work based on your requirements.

Can you make embroidered products using customer-provided materials?

Yes. Handy House can create a wide range of handmade embroidered products using suitable materials provided by the customer. You can share your fabric, design or reference image with us, and we will discuss the requirements before confirming the work.

This may include cushion covers, jutti covers, rumalas and other products suitable for handmade embroidery, depending on the material, design and specifications.
